Ski Framework Agreement

A tender procedure at SKI results in a framework agreement defining which goods or services are to be sold, as well as the conditions and prices attached to them. The use of a SKI framework agreement allows a public organisation to order its goods or services and ensure that the requirements of EU directives are met.
